Ingredients:
• 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup milk (I used organic fat free milk)
• 1 tablespoon Peppermint syrup
• green food coloring (I used Watkins 100% all natural food coloring - the green is made with spirulina extract + turmeric!)
• whipped cream

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
