IFP proposes a quota system | to deal with unemployment

The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) is proposing a quota system on the employment of foreign nationals in South Africa. The party says the staggering number of unemployed people compels government to prioritise the 10.6 million jobless South Africans.

The IFP will be introducing a private members' bill to Parliament this year with proposals on how to achieve this.
