PARK AVENUE is a wide New York City boulevard which carries north and southbound traffic in the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx. For most of the road's length in Manhattan, it runs parallel to Madison Avenue to the west and Lexington Avenue to the east. Park Avenue's entire length was formerly called Fourth Avenue; the title still applies to the section between Cooper Square and 14th Street. The avenue is called Union Square East between 14th and 17th Streets, and Park Avenue South between 17th and 32nd Streets.

OMG. Thank you for sharing this to all of us Youtubers around the world. It is bringing me a melancholic trip of memories. I used to work at this building in green. It is the famous Lever House a Unilever subsidiary of household products. This avenue once so beautifully maintained year round as well as the streets and select American companies and as we go up towards Central Park, then there were expensive exclusive boutiques and the beautiful residential buildings from prior to World War two with the white gloves doorman. I see emptiness in real estate, the companies that were once there are now gone for the past 25 years or more. It is just the shell and the fame of Park Avenue in Manhattan. The people are not even the same. They do not dress for business and/or social power lunches. So sad.
