National Missing Persons Day shines light on Utahns who have disappeared

Thursday is National Missing Persons Day, and for detectives who work these cases, they involve long hours, rehashing and re-investigating initial reports and hoping, ultimately, to find some new leads.

Why isn't there a U.S. Government missing persons' database on the internet, with descriptions and photos of every missing person in the US, broken down by every State, so the average American citizen can have access to help look if they wish to!
