I had some trouble with Copyright for this one. I did a test upload and it was blocked in certain regions (not too bad). Then I uploaded the full thing and it was blocked world-wide (not so cool). I did some experiments and ended up using Sina's drums, Jimi's isolated vocals and most important: the guitar (and bass!) as recorded by Andrei Cerbu for our 2017 collaboration. So big thanks to Andrei for all his tremendous work!🎸

A very powerful song both for Jimi and then Stevie Ray, and now with Sina on drums! "I'm standing next to a mountain, and I chop it down with the edge of my hand" is one of my favorite rock lyrics ever!! 👍

Excellent performance by Miss Sina, making the loud sounds on the drums. Also, great job by Andrei on bass and guitar. Watching the little lady of thunder play, reminded me of a friend of a friend whom I met years ago. She is a Jimi Hendrix impersonator who plays guitar and sings Hendrix's songs. A classic tune performed by a talented woman who can fit in as a top drummer into any era! It seems like Sina was pleased with that take, and the "again" statement was just because Sina was having too much fun working alongside Dad to stop! Really cool 60's material & the top Sina selected to go with the song was perfect! I found it interesting (after looking Hendrix up on wiki) that he was one of the earliest rockers to make use of special effects like feedback, wah and fuzz pedals (essentially clipping). So Andrei played lead & bass for this cover? What a shocker! I knew he is really good but honestly I thought it was Jimi himself until I went back and reviewed Mike's intro...
