What I’ve loved about G-Toilet is the longer the story goes on the more his actions get recontextualised.
Knowing him and Juggernaut were battle brothers, the infection of Titan Speakerman and Scientist building his mech serve not just as strategic advantages, but an attempt to replace that bond he lost upon defecting; someone he can fight side by side with.
Just goes to show that in spite of being the leader of such an enormous army, he could never quite fill the hole betraying people he cared about for the greater good left.
And as this song encapsulates, he did become his demons. To climb back to his former glory from nothing and ensure he’s still alive to lead the resistance against the Astros he had to fight more ruthlessly than ever, accumulating multiple battle scars. His organic lasers are forever gone, replaced with cybernetics embedded in his skull. His face is permanently disfigured by burns, cuts and a missing eye, easily having endured the most physical punishment of any toilet. And yet, as a result of all this, he’s the one who now has to work the hardest to make amends, due to all the lives he’s ended and irreversibly damaged.
An absolutely brilliant character, and one I hope receives more development with the seeds planted of a potential child of his own- possibly Duchess which really would make his blood boil if so since Duke stole his daughter from him- being within the hierarchy and likely opposed to him.
