what helps me when i feel ugly is watching makeover videos, trying to get a new look to see what looks best with my features. i do things like trying a new haircut, doing skincare to feel refreshed, trying a new type of style in clothes, using eye contacts instead of glasses, or trying different looking glasses! dying my eyebrows darker and things like that ❤ listening to music that makes me feel good about myself and trying new hobbies! ❤❤

Could try to get an automatic feeder for your cat so she gets used to the machine being the one that serves her at specific times. Love your commentary while giving a nice view of the area on a walk. My favorite thing before workouts is a night walk, and my schedule is like yours so its generally all I see now adays.

I was in Sweden last Christmas (in Helsingborg) and the talk of the town were those airbag like bike helmets that cost like 500€ and when you fall it inflated into a ball over your head to protect the head and face form hitting the icy ground ! I was like why would you even ride your bicycle on snowy ground ??? LOL. Life is different in Sweden. Like you have cubicles in petrol stations as shelters so people dont freeze to death as they fill up their car, or you have to dress like an onion like in many layers as the weather changes. The rubbish bins needs to be covered by cardboards as inside lining otherwise when the garbage truck comes and tries to the empty the bin, nothing comes out as rubbish is all frozen and stuck to the bin !! Yup I learnt a lot there LOL. I live in Cannes and we are still swimming at beach here till end of November, but coffee and salmon is better in Sweden. Thanks for your videos by the way :)
