Why do I only sometimes get the option to use printer settings check box at the bottom of the screen?

Also why do I sometimes get the barcode option and other times it’s grayed out?

Please do a video where you show the label printer printing this label out, that way we can all see how it came out to be, mine keeps giving me the error for incorrect paper size, and when it is correct it is not what I want it to be, some advice would be appreciated .
