This is going to be easy. First, you're going to mark one of these areas in the lake near the north of Tilted Towers. Before you jump out of the bus be sure you thank the driver and don't be a pain. Once you land look for a diving board. This one had a chest on it so I broke it off. Then jump on the diving board. It's easy. You can use the same diving board 3 times to complete the quest. It's easy.
