More specifically, we're talking government workers, and paid "volunteers" who tend to be politically motivated, generally not the best people to over see, secure, or just to trust in general. All voter boxes should be made more secure, the centers more surveilled, and of course, government ID with verification check required. The most basic part they leave out for some reason.
