British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has resigned, the second high-profile minister to do so over Theresa May's stance on Brexit. Yesterday, it was her government's point person on Brexit, David Davis. The departures are throwing fresh doubt on the future of both the exit and May's tenure.
