Jeff deserves to be remembered not only for his playing but for how he gave so many opportunities to so many young, incredibly talented female musicians.

Fine performance by a maestro. Sense of total unreality that he was 77 at the time.

Jimmy Page was asked once what it was like to be the best guitarist? He said don't know ask Jeff Beck!!!! Of the first "guitar gods" Beck-Page-Clapton" NO QUESTION WHO WAS #1 Jeff!! Also as Page had said he just kept getting better and better. I am a 73 year old guitar player. Have followed him from the 60's. This has been a tough year for lose. Tina, Cosby, Kim Simons and a few others. All put together did not hit as hard as losing Jeff. I cried for over a week each time I saw a clip or some of the many who shared there feeling. THERE IS NOR WILL HERE VERY BE A REPLACEMENT! Thank you for all you gave to so many. RIP, NEVER FOR GOTTEN :-(((

Jeff was 77 when this was recorded. Let that sink in. Awesome performance by the greatest ever to play. Rest in Peace, fine sir

Who else could play guitar so clear, well and smooth while he is at 78? Rare musician with high creativness even at that age. RIP.

My uncle got me Blow by Blow for Christmas in 1975. I was 8 years old. Over the years I loved it more -n-more every time I listened to it. He's the virtuoso of his ilk...There and Back.

Was at this concert and must say Jeff Beck didn't disappoint in the least! The man was an absolute beast! He has been one of my favorite guitarists since the 60's. He was a great influence on me taking up the guitar in 1964! Still every time he came out he had reinvented himself! His mastery of the Strat will never be imitated to his level! Sorely missed and leaves me sad every time I think about his passing!

I'm 61, I was fortunate to have been able to see Jeff and most of the greats from the 60's and 70's the best era of music ever and JB was one of the best. I'm still going to see as many of them as I can, last I saw Jeff Beck was about 10 years ago. I hope in 100 years they will look back on this era of music with the same awe and admiration as those of us who lived through it do today!

I haven't felt the loss of a musician since December 8, 1980. This one is hitting me hard. Thanks to Jeff Beck for all he gave us.

This touches me very much. He was so on top of his game ... amazing in every way. I can't believe he passed away just a few months after. He must be the most articulate guitar player ever or at least all the way up there. There is so much nuance in every note. The way he uses the volume and the whammy bar, vibrato and finger attack is so unbelievably unique. That is true and unsurpassed mastery. Virtuosity is not defined by notes per second - he was a real virtuoso.

Jeff could play notes you didn't even know existed, and this kinda proves it right here.

RIP Maestro. Your music will live on forever.

“Jeff come “Beck”! Life is sad and bleak without you." Although I am ten years younger than him, I consider it a blessing that I was able to follow his early brilliance in real time. Thanks to Jeff, I also started playing guitar. Rest in peace! My condolences to everyone!
