This is a short video of highlights from the Sept. 24, 1978 National Football League game between the New England Patriots and the Raiders in Oakland, won by the Patriots, 21-14.
It is from This Week in Pro Football 1978 NFL Week 4 by NFL Films.
It was an emotional return to Oakland nearly six weeks after Jack Tatum's hit on Darryl Stingley in an exhibition game left Stingley a quadriplegic. The team visited the wide receiver in the hospital where he was still staying and his interaction with the team seemed to boost its spriits.
In the game, the Patriots rallied from a 14–0 second-quarter deficit, forcing three Ken Stabler interceptions and scoring 21 unanswered points on a pass from Steve Grogan to Russ Francis and rushing TDs by Horace Ivory and Sam Cunningham (Sam Bam's with 19 seconds left).

Great naked bootleg by Grogan. He took Jack Tatum head on!
