Society is divided in four by the work and some people have claimed the upper varna as their hereditary right. Even a shudra can become brahmin or kshatriya if he wants to study and grow but the the upper will not allow.
Let hypothetical create another society where everyone is shudra But in future the shudra will also divide themselves in four and will try to be at top and give the advantage to their child. So in the parallel universe too they will make society same like what we have.
We have to remove rigidity of this system. Like in west a sweeper can learn and be a harvard professor we need the same system like that.
