Shutter Island is such a good movie I don't like when I can figure out what's going to happen especially at the beginning of a movie but this one got me completely

Double feature recommendation of the month: Poseidon Adventure and Titanic.

Two ships enter. No ships leave. And strangely, a highlight scene in each of them involves a door.

Well, a few months ago, the original version of Jacob's Ladder was offered here on YT. Problem was, as many of the comments stated, it was EXTREMELY CENSORED. A large amount of the film was cut to the point the running time was noticeably shorter. That film was no worse than most grown-up, nonfamily features, so I'm guessing many movies shown here are very cut up. No thanks! Watch Tubi. Commercials, yes, but no censoring.

It's great to watch the original Poseidon Adventure online. But I originally saw in in the theater in NYC with a "surround-sound" system and when that ship's alarms went off it was all around us as if the theater was going to sink! Some things just can't be recreated online.

One movie I don't remember seeing you recommend(very possibly missed it) is the werewolf movie Dog Soldiers. It's become my favorit all time werewolf film.
