I made this recipe, but I substituted the peppers for jalapeños and let me tell you it was some of the best pasta I have ever had!

I roasted peppers on the stove top and then added some Italian mild sausage and crisped it up really well right before re-introducing the sauce to the pan.
Tastes awesome!

Yep, its pretty tasty. Add Jalapeño, Mushroom, Cottage Cheese & Sweet corn, Indians would fall in love with it.

I made something like this eons ago except I used creme fraiche instead of cream and added veal stock. Great minds...

I really like this style of sauce but I always find the cream to be overpowering. I might try to make it with Roma tomatoes instead and just cook it until it thickens.

You can use Greek yogurt if you don't want to use cream
