1!=1, 7!=5040, 0!=1, becuase factorial of any number divided by that number equals factorial of the predescessor of the number, so 1!=1 and 1/1=1 and as the rule states 1 is the factorial of 0 and 1

0! is 1. Factorials are used in Counting to see possibilities to arrange x items in y spots. If you have 2 items, you automatically have 2 spots. So you have 2! and that is 2x1 which is just 2. If you have 0 items, then you only have one way to arrange it. Nothing only has one arrangement, nothing, so 0! is equal to 1. Hope this helped!

Factorial follows,
n! = n(n-1)(n-2)(n-3)!

You forgot to mention about the reason why it is important. Which is very simple. It’s about the combination of an arrangement of numbers. If you have five discrete digits, those five discrete digits combination possibilities are represented by five factorial.

4! = 24
3! = 6
2! = 2
1! = 1
0! = 1

Two explanations for why 0! = 1:

1. Look at the result of each factorial and how they relate to the other. Notice that if you divide the result of 4! by 4, you get 3!. If you divide the result of 3! by 3, you get 2!. If you divide the result of 2! by 2, you get 1!. If you divide the result of 1! by 1, you get 0!.

2. Factorial is basically how many ways can you arrange this number of items. If we have 0 items, then we can only arrange it 1 way.

Here, is an interesting observation👀, Do read it....Can you guess who is the most intelligent person among the team of don't memorise ??⏳
Ofc, Zarina ma'am 🌟, just imagine she has done the voice overs of almost thousands of videos till now. How much knowledge she must have gained so far. U ask her about anything from the script u wrote previously for video, she will atleast guess to the nearest answer or will tell, “ wait I have read it somewhere ”😅 . Although, I do appreciate all the teachers of this channel working offscreen or on-screen but yess Do you agree with me about Zarina ma'am ?😉
