Phoenix Rising: A Game Changer for Roller Coasters

Phoenix Rising is testing at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay! This is their new for 2024 roller coaster that's a family B&M invert. After watching the ride test, I decided to finally post my thoughts on the ride. So, here's an analysis of the new roller coaster coming to this amazing Florida lineup.

I will argue that cheetah hunt is NOT a family coaster. It’s a moderate thrill level coaster between family and high thrill level

I like this positive take on Phoenix Rising. It’s gonna be a great addition to the park, and I’m glad it’s going to breathe new life into the Pantopia area.

I wonder if this could come to more American parks in the future. SeaWorld San Diego, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Silverwood, and Holiday World would be a few good spots for one of these.

The ride looks like it's going to be great. As of this time, I went yesterday, and it seems they're still painting the que, but it'll be great nonetheless.

only problem i see is it only has one train. wait times in a hot environment aren't good.
