completely unnecessary. you added footage to the length of the full song when it is unnecessary. lana's cover of blue velvet is a more romantic smoother rendition of the original, and it shows in the commercial. i don't really like the commercial. it definitely could've been better. it is also not lynchian, and so isn't this edit too. no purpose repetition isn't good. nothing added with this no value edit.
