Gotta *_LUV_* the STAR Quality performances of always enjoyed Louis Hayward roles = *Thank You* Cult Cinema for this engaging tale that I'd never seen before.... I was again delighted!!!👌
Louis Hayward's tantalizingly convincing duel character role here mirrors his equally marvelous performance 9 years earlier in the "show-stopping" 1940 _"Son Of Monte Cristo", _ with wonderful George Sanders and beautifully young Joan Bennett = 👍

Fidelio, Tosca and the Scarlet Pimpernel mixed together, and nobody sings! Stick with it; it gets better and better. This movie deserves a rewrite and a remake.
