Touring 7 Townhouses in Melbourne (with location & prices) | apartment hunting

I wanted to do a melbourne apartment hunting video at first, but after looking around comparing prices and all, the search became a melbourne townhouse hunting instead!

So yes, we're leaving the city apartment living behind, and moving into a townhouse in the suburb. So come join me as I inspected a few different townhouses around melbourne.

In total I inspected 15 properties including apartments and townhouses, but I only showed 7 in this video, which were the ones worth showing anyway. But I'm planning to make short videos for the ones I didn't put in the long form, so stay tuned for that as well!

I remarked to a fellow tenant in my complex that the guy in the flat next to me was incredibly quiet. Turns out that the last time the ambulance came to pick him up, he died in hospital. That was over 6 months ago and I suspect that his son is having no luck selling the place. Never underestimate the value of a quiet complex / street / suburb.

I did the maths and it shows how expensive is to live in Melbourne now a days: $ 2, 828/Month for a two bethroom unit, 30 min away from the city...no close to the train station 😮
