Remember the scenario in of one our recent videos where aliens play a death game on humans. If anyone opened their mouth, they die. This one is also pretty similar. i actually don't think that the humans could survive this one, since we'd still have the issue of raising children to take our place when we die. The main problem with this is that they would be born without knowing they cant blink, and unless they're born blind or something they probably wont make it very long.

I have the ability to stare into space without blinking for hours. It doesn’t hurt. I’d just do that until I went blind, and then take my eyes out. I wear glasses with very thick lenses anyway, so it won’t be too bad, I suppose.

Blinking is the action of closing and OPENING your eyes. You could still live. But you would have to keep your eyes shut forever.
