I mean, he truly is still evil. Just evil enough to foil the entire competition by stealing inventions from other people. I think that's what's interesting about him. He's still incredibly smart, since he's been able to steal inventions for years and years and he's able to manipulate people like nothing.

I never stopped thinking about who was this woman who was taking some kind of pill to change her appearance. Was it in a cartoon? A movie? A video game ? And now that I see this woman I finally remember that it was her who had a deceptive appearance. I don't know if you can call it a Mandela effect or something like that but it's been 2 years that I have this memory of this woman who changed her appearance thanks to pills and I didn't know where she came from. I even thought it was me who had invented it from a dream.
