Sihi Kadubu and kara kadubu or ganesha kadubu or sihi modaka and kara modaka is an Indian sweet popular in many parts of India. Modak or kadbu is a favorite sweet of lord ganesha. Hence, during the Ganesh chathurti festival, pooja always concludes with an offering of kadbu or modak to ganesha. Modak or kadbu comes in two varieties, a steamed verion and a deep fried one. Here i have shared a steamed version of kadbu in both sweet and spice.
