We have had a Canon G6020 for the past couple of years. The print quality is very good, and the price of the refillable ink tanks is great. However, this has to be the most confusing, inconvenient, user-unfriendly interface ever designed (or more accurately, thrown together by novice code writers).

I have enjoyed my G6020 for a couple of years. Typical household use and now it is not printing...The words in a line are too faded to read and not vertically complete. top 1/4 of the letters and lower1/4 of the letters in a word are not even there. I thought it might need some black ink...added a bout1/4 to the empty part of the tank. That did not fix it. What do you recommend? Thanks

How do you turn off “Double-sided” printing? The toggle is set to OFF but it does both sides anyway.
Prints from my iPhone just fine. But the iMac, not good.

I wish to sotore for future use a G6020. Is there steps I need to follow in order for the ink or print heads not dry out?

Does the G6020 able to enlarge or reduce on copy mode?

Did you change the ECO settings so it would not turn off after no use? I want to be able to send print jobs at any time and have it just wake up. I hope changing the "automatic on" setting will do the trick.

dies on me after 650 pages. Black cartridge got clogged went through so many flushes and stuff then 5B00. Intentionally designed it so that the waste pads get full of ink and then the thing goes into self destruct mode. Then I have to look for service providers that are non existent down here.

Added color ink for the first time in two years. Now everything prints in a watery turquoise. Help!! I am not a tech person at all.

On this printer, all you have to do is press the wrong button on the front panel and the printer will never work properly again. Does the factory reset work? NO.
Total waste of money.
