Very good book. Have already read this 1 year back. This was the first and only book you need for self finance

4. Gold
5. Investment for financial freedom

What a wow. I just read this book a fortnight back! The wavelength I've with this channel is too good. You covered almost all the points RJ. Few more I would like add are

1. Never buy a product which has both investment and insurance in it [ULIPs basically]
2. Equity is best at 7-10 years run. This because due to inflation the cost of making a product would rise and the profit margin kept by the companies too would rise and that reflects in your share prices getting increased and thus you beat inflation.

The choice of your books are too good RJ. Nice review again!

Mutual fund we have some risk factors. Same way in gold making charge that's it. Best to go with buying gold and 5years RD. Long term FD.
