I don’t think the public can take much more “help” from the government.

Electric freight trucks??? Where are they going to charge this truck's?
Do you think drivers are going to be waiting 6 or more hours to charge that thing !! These people need to see how many eggs they can find in the moon and stay there. 🌙 😂😂😂

Well there is no rule if congress hasn't approved it so I don't see why we need to "have the conversation" since they are not going to approve it. You can clearly see all the agencies think they own us now, they don't have to answer to our reps etc.

Regan needs to read the law --- EPA has consistently been guilty of over-reaching their legal and limited power granted by law.

Short Memories ... The Environmental Profit Protection Agency (EPA) was established in 1974 at the demand of Big Oil in order to eliminate the independent distribution and retail sale of gasoline, diesel, and petrochemical products. This was a 20-year plan to eliminate the competition of Mom & Pop retail outlets throughout America. It was so effective it only took 10 years to achieve this goal. Big Oil in collusion with the US government passed environmental laws relating to the storage of gas and diesel that were so stringent only gas stations owned by Big Oil (stock market funded public entity companies) could afford to comply. The result ... Draw a concentric circle of 20 miles around your house. Now go find an independent gas station. You can't. Why ? They were all bought up by Big Oil for pennies on the dollar. Worse ... Mom & Pop were forced to sell their real property at a discount, which was gobbled up by Big Oil. How ??? The land use permit (government) restricted what could operate on the site. Why is gas so high ??? Because there's a Big Oil owned gas station on every street corner charging "precisely" the same amount for every gallon. It's called "price fixing", "price gouging", "index pricing", "monopoly". Who pays for these illegal trade practices ??? WE THE PEOPLE, and tax on top of that.

The EPA enforces stricter standards and imposing larger penalties on major polluters that might face political pressure at the state level; however, the effectiveness can vary depending on the state and specific environmental issue at hand. A seperate st can be corrupted, the EPA can do more bc it has more power then a states set policies, they can go further with testing etc . Why are ppl against this ? Must be a U.S thing where another thing doesn’t make sense .

If he’s so confident that he treats his creeks and ponds with as much care and they are as clean as he says they are, then what’s his problem with the EPA?

The Constitution vests statutory authority to the American people. The EPA cannot claim to be a primary party to such authority.
