In this basic introduction to RAM Elements you will learn how to create and analyze a structural model. We review the user interface before creating a simple steel frame—creating nodes, connecting those nodes with members, adding descriptions, applying cross-sections and materials, and adding fixed restraints. We then apply loads to the structure and analyze the model. Lastly, we examine the member forces and stresses, and how to generate reports.

This video talks about adding loads but does not describe how to select the appropriate load case for the load you're imputing. Additionally, it states the default for connection ends is fixed but does not describe how to pin the ends of the members.

Last part is rushed. Was "ISM" described? Repository? I did not catch the meaning of the process of adjusting the design in case of unsatisfactory strength or deformation with the initially chosen members. Otherwise, very good.

Need a deeper course, how can I get training, just need maybe 2 or 3 classes. I got software but do not know how to start, and how to make continues frames in the "z" direction like for a building or warehouse.
