If your making pasta without a machine, I would highly recommend using full egg or adding at least some white, as well as some olive oil. It will just make your life so much easier when your rolling it out and make it easier to work with.

The regular pasta is made from white wheat(maida) that affect stomach, tastes good but not good for health, but this one is wheat flour(aata) and that's so good for health.

Atta is also known as unrefined flour and maida is known as refined flour. That's why atta becomes reddish when cooked. I hope this helps.

Hey here is a suggestion you can make red sauce pasta . First boil 4 tomatoes for like 2 minutes and peel the skin after that add 3 or 4 red chillies according to your choice of spice and boil it for 2 minutes after that blend it together with some garlic. Then your pasta sauce is ready . Trust me guys this simple recipe is so delicious and you can have it while dieting at last add one teaspoon spoon of pepper powder for that spice kick after cooking the pasta.❤

It’s actually a thing in india.
In Gujarat where I am from it’s called daal dhokli, I recommend making it again and soak it in the daal maybe cut in a shape that is bit better to handle.

When you are rolling the dough it should be rolled till its translucent very thin. It will give you much better texture and taste. I just made fresh pasta yesterday with atta too without a pasta machine. It took quite some work but the end result was amazing 😁
