Vader, I think, would beat Rey and Yoda quickly to get them out of the way, while vaders teammates keep anakin and Luke distracted. Once Luke and anakin defeat them, vader will focus on anakin, knowing his patterns and behaviors already make him quick to handle if he overwhelms him from the onset.
