🎃☕️ My Pumpkin Tea Latte Recipe:
2 sachets Vanilla Rooibos Tea
1 cup Milk (I use oat milk)
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pureé
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
A sprinkle of Cinnamon
A sprinkle of All Spice

1. Boil ~1 cup of water and steep 2 sachets of vanilla rooibos for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Heat 1 cup of milk on stove top.
3. Once warmed, stir in pumpkin pureé and maple syrup.
4. Once combined, sprinkle in spices.
5. (Optional) Froth the milk blend.
6. Add the milk blend to the steeped tea.
7. Enjoy the incredible treat you've just made for yourself (Cheers, friend!)

I'm going through a very difficult time and moved from Vancouver/Portland a year ago. I'm so homesick at times and cried most of the morning today. Hi Morgan! Watching Roo lick the bowl of batter clean made me laugh so hard. I’m a speech therapist and I often read a story with my young clients called Curious George and the Birthday Surprise. In the book, George tries to make frosting for a cake and gets frosting all over the entire kitchen. To clean it up, he invites all the neighborhood dogs in to lick it up. My clients always find this so funny and insist that “in real life, it would get cleaned up with paper towels”. But clearly this story was actually on to something 😂 Thanks for making me smile
