The saddest part of all this, in my mind, is that Safiye had the type of gentleness that was appropriate for moments that required them, and the backbone for the moments where it was appropriate. Handan never had that. Halime only wanted Mustafa on the throne. I think Kosem would've been better served by aligning with Safiye than anyone else (besides Ahmed).

I thought it said in the title that safiye threatens anastasia 😂

I didn't like that the original actress playing Anastasia had been replaced. The director should at least demanded for the replacement to change her hair the same color like the first one. And the second actress also suddenly had the stoic and almost indifferent facial expression. I really lost interest watching it.
