Minnesotan who went to the Pinstripe Bowl. Honestly it wasn't really all too cold in NY that week, certainly still an improvement from Minneapolis. Was able to get by with sweaters and the like. NYC is amazing for a short visit regardless of the time of year, and it was cool to be in the city over the holidays. The game itself was ho-hum, playing in a baseball stadium is stupid, and the field conditions were atrocious.

You are waaaay underrating the Gophers. They also have 2 good young rbs in Darius Taylor and Zach Evans, and Kaliakmanis has a chance to be a big upgrade at qb.

PJ and The Gophers are predicted to win 6 or less games almost every year. Yet, they find a way to win 8 or 9 and out perform on the field due to quality coaching. This schedule is tough but this team is still capable of winning the West or at least finish 2nd or 3rd in the division. 6-6 is a worst case scenario.
