I knew it was the Holy Spirit that directed me here. I didn't grow up eating custard so I know nothing about it. Someone requested it and now I can boast that I have PHD in custardability studies😌🙏 from this school. God bless you 🙏

I made custard twice today and had to put it on fire. After watching this video, I made it a third time and it worked without me having to put it in a pot. I was so happy I was jumping cause custard seems like the stuff 10yr olds first learn to do. Thanks so much ma'am for the tips❤️✨

It is fun watching your videos. You enjoy making them, that's obvious. I'm Italian and we cook by texture consistency as well as taste. I would enjoy eating some of your native dishes.

My custard turned out all lumpy. Thank you for the great demonstration. Now I can make smooth custard.

My method for Semo requires a lot of elbow grease. I start stirring from cold on the cooker till it comes together, slowly at the start then speed up as it thickens and turns opaque. Draw everything towards the centre, add hot water, cover and cook for 2-5 minutes depending on quantity: this increases the elasticity and makes it more malleable#gluten. Stir into a ball and serve. PS, I add a pinch of salt at the start.

I don't use cold water for Akamu/Ogi/Eko. I use a small amount of warm/tepid water to start.

My custard success rate 50:50.

I love custard but my people don’t so I make rarely, the color alone made me love custard, yes I believe the amount of water added when mixing it goes along way to produce a good result
I feel like diving in aunty flo 😋

You're a life saver. My 2 year old son is very picky and the only thing he loves and willingly eats is custard, and that happens to be the one thing I have never managed to do. I've seen all the things I've been doing wrong now. I'm trying this first thing tomorrow morning.

Custard, semolino and Pap are one of the easiest meals for me to make, always comes out perfectly! The secret is understanding the water ratio and using very hot boiling water....I always add some oil to make my semolino nice.

I make Custard every morning, every day for my son, he love it so much since my mother gave it to him when he was one year old when I took him to Nigeria🇳🇬 my son is 13yrs old now and he is still taking custard. He love it so much, sometimes he make it by himself. We are both professional custard maker🤣🤣
