A former recruiter director who spoke to the ncaa said Harbaugh urged him to get guys guys to campus and stated that Michigan had no protocols in place in place to avoid in-person contact during th dead period. The culture wasn't to be safe, the culture was to go to the line and cross it if you had to. NEW YORK TIMES has a very good write up about this whole thing. Aleast 3 recruits, and they were given access to the weight room and other facilities. But keep trying to spin it, as just a cheeseburger 😂
