In Tennessee child removed without warrant after mother failed a drug test . CPS said " if you don't sign IPA giving temporary custody to your grandparent I will place him in a foster home and you won't know who or where he is". Took him on Dec 21, 4 days before Christmas. CPS said no contact no calls no text no communication after grandfather picked child up. Then to top the cake CPS stated the child test was positive on a hair follicle on Jan 2. Grandparent had a hair follicle ran at a different unaffiliated medical facility and those results were negative on Jan 9. When confronted CPS said child mix up then that they didn't even have their hair follicle test back as of Jan 9. Finally proof of results came back in dated January the 19th showing it was not submitted until January 12. 10 days after they sworn in a statement to a judge that the child had tested positive and demanded custody to neglect and abuse

What really makes my blood boil is people like Casey Anthony a mother who directly or indirectly killed her own child overwhelming evidence & holes in the & she was able to walk Scott free of murder & not guilty even on the child neglect charges after not reporting her 2 year old missing for 31 and she is walking free & is free to have children without red flags being that is what pisses me off

#4 Parents are victims of perjury by lying social workers and having their constitutional rights violated constantly. #5 The non offending parent who is a victim of domestic violence by the offending parent is blamed for the offending parents abusive behavior. #6 The child is placed in foster care when there is family that will take the child.

I was once a foster child, and yes they're highly abusive, I wish I had time to tell every detail of my story but I don't still I will say this under no circumstance NEVER EVER EVER give your kids to CPS. You and your children will go though literal Hell and as a child they do lots of horrible things to you that are not PG. I can't tell every detail of my story but being in the system has left me with scars I still live with to this day.

Both of my children were abused in different ways in different foster care systems. None were reported. None were taken seriously.
They go after low income families because they know we can’t afford to fight back.

Pedofilia is rampant in all states. My beautiful granddaughter was taken 6 months ago by Indiana CPS and a police officers from Porter county who said he knew her “well”. We, my daughter, myself, and my 3 yr old granddaughter, are all lifelong residents of Illinois. I was told I couldn’t get her due to state lines. My daughter was and is an excellent single mother who was out in Indiana for 2 months when they took my granddaughter be of an occurrence at the house where she was temporarily staying that had nothing to do with her or the baby. They have kept this child, based on nothing, and just keep prolonging the court dates after each one for 3 months, even though the family court judge last time said he doesn’t know why they don’t just give her back to my daughter, to keep the child for 12 to 15 months so they can ADOPT OUT because that’s really where the money pays off. Sometimes 100, 000 per child. This is nothing but TRAFFICKING, or legal kidnapping. They want the good ones. They target single mothers due low income because they can’t afford lawyers for a long period of time. No one could. I’m still fighting and trying to get my granddaughter back before she’s gone for good. I am a single mother of 38 years myself and an RN and don’t have the funds to afford these attorneys but I will find a way to get this undone as long as in breathe air. Woman on fire 🔥. Btw, CPS gets tons of federal funds for kidnapping these children. It’s a RACKET

Here in California,

CPS came to my house and confronted my wife with another CPS worker and a police officer. My wife stopped them at the door and said she would rather talk at the door. The CPS worker asked my wife if she was sure because they are going to be talking loud and the neighbors can hear. Then proceeded to say “You’re going to let your newborn freeze while we are talking?” (My wife was holding our infant son.) They came in and asked my wife multiple times if our front cameras were listening to their conversation as well. When I tried contacting and texting my wife they told her she wasn’t aloud to answer my calls. Then after questioning both of us, they searched our house to make sure we weren’t hiding any kids. CPS is scary

Due to outrageous false reports while I had an open CPS case my son was removed into foster care. My 4 year old son recently has been diagnosed Autistic and now after 9 months away from me they are adding another 6 months of reunification with possibility to be adopted out. They say I need more education on Autism which I’ve done on my own, but who made the CPS the Autism police?! I’ve jumped through all their hoops, classes, drug testing, mental evaluations and psychiatric monitoring. My therapist tells me she has no concerns on my mental health but my case worker is keeping my child away from me because she worries about my mental health.
I don’t even know what to do about all this.
I have court tomorrow for review

The police department took my son and handed him to social worker from DCFS and there was no warrant givin for removal and both mother and I were arrested for general neglect based on false alligations and lies that the sheriff's department had generated by a abuse charge that never happened

They like to "lose" our paperwork. My psychological evaluation was GONE. NO RECORD OF ME EVEN BEING AT THE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH OFFICE.

Not 1 time did DSS/CYS in NC have a warrant any time they came to my daughters. My daughter complied every time and now she lost all custody and the father who is under investigation for molestation has sole custody.

My wife’s abusive x husband called on her.. we proved we were fine.. then his mother called? Wtf? They opened again? So we again, proved we were good, so then the mother’s boyfriend called, ya, they opened it up again.. 3 times n they had a file the entire time that said we were more than capable.. they came in with no warrant, only here say.. forced their way in.. arrested me because I had an open case that’s now dismissed.. I ran a sober house n got stabbed, had a counter claim.. got it dismissed.. they still keep asking me about my past? My wife n her kids have never said nothing bad about me?

This brought me to tears .my daughter lost her kids in 2017 .the aunt of the kids went and made false reports . from abandament .down to abusing her kids .we were accused of letting her abuse them so they are not allowed at our house . the caseworker told my daughter to amit .that would get them back faster it caused her to loose them . when the aunt go the kids she started gfilling the kids minds with lies like your mom doesn't love you .if you cry after a visit you'll never see her again .she text my daughter some of the worst messages I have ever read .like you take them to the beach .I take them from you ..I take them to beach you cant t do anything . .CP's never came to our house and investigated anything .I've reported this women for mentally abusing the kids they didn't do anything plus this person had two charges of child endangerment charges on her .my daughter showed this to CP's and they said they couldn't find anything on this person . my daughter looked on line a day or two later and this person went and paid three hundred dollars to have that taken off .I don't feel like its right that someone can pay to get out of that kind of trouble . CP's is suppose d to be helping to get out of bad situations and not to help someone like her CP's helped the wrong person

There's foster care loopholes. Private agencies can give people foster care license. So if they are private then there can be a person in the home of the foster care parent that is a sex offender. The approval process of the "private" agency provides a loophole to be foster case parents.
