The red trolley going away is so sad. Rode it for the first and only time this September. It was such a beautiful addition to the park. There is no experience that can replicate what it was like to ride one around that era.

I’m deeply sorry 😢 to hear the red trolleys closing forever as much as you are Tom, it really has created a great atmosphere for the entrance to California Adventure. We can only hope 🤞🤞🏼🤞🏽someone will come up with a plan to restore the red trolleys to its operational glory, though it might not happen at all but we should only hope someday.

I grew up in the 1970s watching films etc of Walt himself. Watching many of his classic movies and cartoons. The Wonderful world of Disney was a must for us when it was on TV. It was a huge part of my families life.
It's been 58 years since Walt passed.
I think the animatronic would help today's generation have a better connection to who Walt was.
I hope they do it right. I hope as well they can some how recreate his voice etc accurately.

I cannot speak for any of the other poly islands, however, as someone whom was born and raised in New Zealand, I wouldn't call some the food mentioned Polynesian. I would have prefered them make a burger with avocado and a fried egg, or even just putting a sausage in a piece of white bread like they do down at bunnings on the weekend. They had the option to do a Pavlova dessert or Hangi food (food steamed with hot rocks - usually chicken, potatoes, "sweet potato", cabbage, and certain sea foods).
I think it just seems that way to me because I'm so used to food here being described as sea food or "insert food" in bread / breading.
However, some of the dishes seem pretty genuine (musubi) so I am glad they made an attempt.

20:42 I could of sworn when I rode for the pass holder preview that was there for it, and also 23:42 SeaWorld Orlando has been using this ever since the new pizza restaurant opened up earlier this year and assuming you don’t have any discounts it works perfectly

In regards to the scale of the carriage house, I accept that designers were hamstrung by modern building codes. I really hope the set dec for the building isn’t done. At it stands it looks like this is where the project ran into budget cuts.

We are supposed to visit Disneyland in 2026. Can't wait to see everything new.

I would love to see a Walt Disney show in all the parks, specific to the park. So animal kingdom has Walt talking about his travels, Hollywood studios about his Hollywood experience etc... It would act as the thesis for each park and help define one park from the next

Thanks for the DLR coverage… a little bummed as my first trip down there in a couple years is scheduled a couple weeks before the 70th celebration starts. But, perhaps that’ll open the Grand Californian Villa rooms I’m on waitlist for for an earlier week I prefer! °o°
