My 'nads hurt like a SUMNABITCH when I tried that on my road bike, and even on my triathlon bike. Not only those, but my back and neck too. It still cost me about 290 watts to do 40kph, so I bought a Cruzbike V20, and now it only costs me 210 watts to do 40kph, and now my back, neck and 'nads are super happy campers even on 8 hour rides.

Problem is when the wind doesn't try to stop me at long descents

Really stupid...the least he could do is loop a finger. (Little finger at least) round the hoods to give him purchase)hold on the bars for bumps and the like.. other bump and down he goes

Riding more aero with more weight on your nuggies isn't really considered a 'comfortable position'. Just buy an ebike, sit up a bit and smell the flowers.
