QGIS, PostGIS, and Geoserver in an Enterprise Environment

Organizations that use GIS often get to the point where a file-based system becomes unmanageable — the file system gets cluttered with garbage data, multiple versions of critical data circulate, and any semblance of a GIS strategy slowly goes out the window. The solution usually lies in creating a central GIS server. Although many turn to proprietary server solutions, there are also many feature-rich open source GIS solutions. What are your preferred solutions for a web front end content management and delivery? I've now successfully built a simular system hosted on Azure using PostgreSQL/Geoserver Cloud Native and am using OpenLayers to make my front end web map and it works fine for me, but I am wondering if there is a no-code or low-code Open Source web front end that would contain a collection of maps and data in a single portal that doesnt require custom web coding.
