Canon is a really good brand of cameras, my dad has a 50D and is very happy with it and my brother has also a canon and he's also happy with it

T3i is a very good camera! But if you can afford the 60D then I say get the 60D.

I recommend the 7D but you know, 1100D sounds better. 7D is more awesome at video + shallow focus.
