Fulton County decides against new jail, opts for renovation

The county commissioners decided to renovate the current Rice Street jail and not build a new one.

There’s no need for a new jail. They’re gonna run it exactly the same. The 2 billion going to peoples pockets and the inmates will still live the same. Just clean up the walls in Rice Street clean underneath the beds. Make sure all the toilets work all the lights in the cells work. Give them more than just two meals on the weekdays. Give them more than just an hour out to sell in the morning and one before dinner.
