Well if SECURITY did their job he wouldn't have to. If it was a guy people would say he did everything right!

Where is the uproar about a punch of strangers (could be potential terrorists) being able to storm the room like this? This could have ended a lot worse.

If you are going to break in, then expect anything.

"Let's learn and move on?" Classic Tory Westminsterese for: 'We're useless and can't be bothered. So S0d Orf".

He wouldn't have grabbed a man by the throat and forcibly removed him. Never in a million years. He'd have been under the table pissing his expensive underpants.

So let me understand this a protester enters a function that is exclusive she is aggressive, so he reacts to bad behavour. now he is the bad guy. So these activists can just do what they like with punity and no one is allowed to react. the insidious abuse of a womans position when it is now challenged is now wrong if it as a man there would be no discussion, but woman want to be treated like equals, no woman should be mishandled, but then in the dsame breadth woman should not abuse there position

If she had a knife, he'd be a hero.
How quickly is Jo Cox forgotten?

He acted in the right way in a world of acid attacks and extremist this is the way to deal with intruders

The attacks against this MP are absolutely ridiculous. She could have easily had a knife on her. He should be praised for what he did. If you're a protester and you trespass your way into a room full of people, uninvited, you should EXPECT to be forcibly ejected. And YES, by the scruff of your neck. Aren't we all forgetting Jo Cox?

Security should have done a hairy armpit check at the door...problem solved.

She doesn’t deserve an apology. She deserved the way she was handled. Now she’s playing the victim.

The way he slammed her against the wall looks like he is used to doing things like that.

Are women allowed to do anything they like, any time they like, without consequences?

Why are they not taking action against the one who allowed her to breach security?

I'm 99.9% sure he's lying.

I used to see alot of violent CCTV incidents as part of my old job. I actually had to find incidents in crouds of people. I don't know if you have ever tried it but its like "Where's Wally?" in motion on steroids. After watching that type of thing alot you get a feel for the body movements and actions of people. Especially when the adrenaline kicks in. I'm not making any other point other than I think he is lying about thinking she was armed. In my experience he moves like an ambush aggressor, rather than someone acting in self defense or out of fear. It is what it is.
