I’m a 53 year old guy who wants to get back into playing basketball recreationally.

I think this workout in combination with knees over toes workouts will work synergistically to keep my legs and joints strong to prevent injuries.

Question: do you these in rounds, sets…? Do you eventually add weights or are these done with only body weight? Thanks.
