Amen! I’m a 19 year old trying to overcome a porn and masterbation addiction. I have found God and am trying to get closer to him by praying every day, and started reading a verse from the bible every night. It has really helped and I found that the only way I feel better if I have committed this sin, is by praying and talking to God about it, and he makes me feel better again. I'm 11 and highschool does not make following God easy. I live in a christian family so I've known God all my life. I used to get distracted and fall into temptation endlessly for a few years. I remember playing games and watching videos instead of spending time with God and I truly regret it. I'm a Seventh Day Adventist so I go to church on Saturdays. I didn't like the idea of sitting down and listening to a preacher preach for hours so I used to make up excuses to not go. As I got older I found interest in knowing God so I started reading the bible and praying more often. I now have a daily devotion and at EXACTLY 3:53pm I pray, thanking God for his blessings and apologizing and asking him to free me from an endless loop of sins. I just want to say thank you for helping me along my journey. God bless you all.
