The problem is EVERYONE is asking for money. I’m a middle class single woman with a house. I have given as much as I can give. but Daily I’m barraged with texts from the Democratic party asking for money and usually these come disguised as a questionnaire. I am engaged and do pay attention but it feels like the answer is always money. I’ve given all I can give.
Thank you for all your suggestions on how to engage without money. I appreciate that so much.

Thanks, we’re finally saying the right words. As seniors we stand to lose everything, our money, our healthcare and our safety. Focus on state and local legislators to resolve those issues and let them carry the outrage nationally. We’re in survival mode here on the ground.

I am not into social media other than YouTube but because of You Mr. Elias, MTN, Sons of Liberty I joined Blusky, and soon Discord. I live surrounded by MAGA and tried to personally show them but it's like trying to convince a Scientologist they're in a Cult.
But I won't give up stating the facts and telling them to go to the source in hopes of even one person seeing the light before they reap the whirlwind.

Back during Trumps 1st term he said he admired President Xi of China for being able to rig the system so it allowed Xi to be President for life. Trump also openly admires Putin and Kim of North Korea for their permanent position as leader of their countries. This is what Trump wants for himself.

Right after the election, one thing I decided to do was to stay engaged in the news, but to be more careful in what I follow for my mental well-being. No more doom and gloom, or scary predictions, no finger pointing and blaming, and limit the time I watch coverage of natural disasters and wars. I personally don't need to see lots of gore to know what organizations to support, who to write, who to encourage and so on. Whatever self-care one needs to stay in the fight at whatever level they can is the right thing to do.

I'm already supporting Democracy Docket and I'll look into increasing my support today. Marc and his people are my kind of superheroes.
