Happy birthday! that video well produced, I have a model similar to this one, although I'm not a gamer, it's undoubtedly very good to play in HD quality on medium or Full HD on bass.

I have an Aspire 5, i-5/Iris Graphics. It came with 4 GB soldered and 4 GB RAM in the only available slot. I upgraded from 8 GB to 12 GB (4/8) and again to 20 GB (4/16). I also added a SATA SSD. Now I have a new M2 NVME drive to replace the original. This laptop is great for upgrading. It is light weight and very portable. But it does most everything you might want to do. (Even in two languages) Got is for less than $500. (US)

I had a choice of msi laptop or this aspire 5 i7 8gig. I chose msi for graphics card.. had it 2 days and it has problems. Turn on power.. blank screen. Force shutdown... searched the web... screen crashed.. force shutdown again. Might have to return it and get this apisre laptop. I know it may not handle as much games but thay i7 chip would be nice

great video mate, just quick question, i noticed you replaced the factory 8gb ram with the hyper x 8gb ram. is there much difference in speed with the different ram brand or just a preference you have?

Are you sure 8Gb is soldered? And one free RAM slot for upgradation to 16 Gb!? Otherwise it's an unnarrated, informative and great presentation! Thanks buddy!

I don't have the sata caddy in my acer. How can i insert a sata ssd without that caddy? Or where can i buy it?

Hello, quick question. If I understand right, there isn't chance to upgrade video card because it is integrated and there isn't free space for external video card? thanks for the answer.

Hii just bought this laptop recently. However I'm seeing major drainage in battery whenever I use it (not into gaming). Can anyone please suggest recommendations to fix that?
