You're not responsible for everything that happens in your life. Sometimes, bad things happen to good people. But, you are responsible for the way you respond to those things. Don't be a victim. Be a fighter.

Even if a tragedy is not your FAULT, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to bear the outcome.

Whether you are responsible or not, you are responsible for the consequences and best deal with them impersonally so you can move on with your life.

True and if we do this we lean and grow.

Most people will go to the grave never taking any accountability. The world happens for you not to you.

Wise words, Robert Green!
Being responsible isn't about blaming yourself for your failure. Learn from experience when you can act different next time.

I think thankfully, most people realise this now, but there are still many who play the victim, and its never their fault.

There are situations of bad that happens where you are not responsible for someone else's choice to hurt or harm someone in anyway, we have free will but if someone kills or abuses another individual then I do not agree it was the person on the receiving end responsibility. We can all have accountability but there are those that choose to do brutal things to others and choose not to own it, or show remorse or change and the people who get harmed from such people are not responsible for it. Even with trauma, some symptoms relating to trauma automatically occur and they can really hinder people from living life to the fullest and it can cause significant illnesses as a result and it comes to be needing time to deal with emotions and to heal.

Even if you are not to blame or at fault for something which has transpired, you are always responsible for how you respond & deal with it

The fact that you’re smart enough to know something bad is happening means you should be able to control yourself at the very least.

I'm picking up a piece of what's being covered. But from the comment I heard, maybe this not the point of the conversation; I can say.
It depends on the circumstances that occurred, the natives were not to blame for what happened to them of foreigners coming to their land and wanting to evict them to take possession of it. Africans are not to blame for white men making them slaves.
So many other examples. He is an intelligent man and he has my respect. as I spoke, I commented according to what I heard.

When you are a victim of a shocking random attack by a knife wielding stranger (as happened to me) I was definitely not to blame.
Nor was I responsible for the home invasion. They were strangers randomly robbing houses in local suburbs. They were all to blame...and I needed trauma therapy.

Not always. I used to blame myself too much.
Hindsight-- some of it, I had zero reason to blame myself.

You're not responsible for everything. You don't blame, because it's pointless and doesn't solve anything. You just own it all and deal with it it.

I don´t entirely agree as the environment can put you down and defeat you, but in the end, you are the only one who can improve your life.
