I lived in Haiti for 2 years. Our cook put maggi in her pikliz, it was awesome. I still make it myself. Tomorrow for dinner we are having sos pwa noir, rice, pikliz, banann peze ak zaboka. My Haitian kreyol is quite rusty.... but its basically bean sauce over rice, fried plantains, pikliz and avocado. Its one of my favorite Haitian dishes. Mwen renmen Ayati

if you're lazy like me and don't wanna cut the cabbage and the carrot, you can use the shredded one they use for coleslaw, and same for the carrot. Also if you don't wanna bite on the piman, you can blend it with the vinegar/lime and maggi.

Well I use to live in haiti and back in 87 I never see Maggie added. I mean the lady use to sell fritay as business
