In this Desmos clock graphing tutorial, I show you how to add hands to your clock. There will be two parts two it: adding each hand at their own angles, then have hands turn in relation to the seconds hand's angle.

You could just use points for the number display like
a=(0, 10)
then add label
Put any numbers in the label
Done.
