How to beat Bonnie :
Same like Freddy, a tiny bit harder, When Bonnie does haywire, don't look at him or you'll die, The static shows where the animatronic will come from, but you have to use the flashlight to see the static don't shock when he is running towards you and doesn't appear, and don't shock haywire, but you can shock when he appears running towards you.

I play I captured bonnie but he doesn't appear there where the animatronics are only freddy and endo

Oddly I find Bonnie to be the least scary of the original animatronics. Chica is more unsettling to me because of here eyes somehow.
